How do I cancel my subscription?

Step 1: Click on “My Account” under the “Account” tab in the top navigation

Step 2: Click on “Membership”

Step 3: Click cancel

Once you confirm your cancellation, your Networking membership will end at period end. For example, if you start your membership on January 1, 2024 and cancel on January 2, 2024, you will have access to the Impact Vault until February 1, 2024. After, you will no longer have access to the Impact Vault and will need to re-subscribe if you want to access it in the future.
